The Canvasback tasting room will be closing on May 31st, 2025. It’s with full hearts and deep gratitude that we say thank you to our employees, members, customers and community. If you have plans to be in the area, we invite you to visit us between now and the end of May to enjoy both our wines and hospitality for one final send off. We would love nothing more than to see you one more time in Walla Walla. Our wines will continue to be available for purchase through the Canvasback website, through our wine club membership and in the market. We thank you for your support of our brand and beautiful wines over the years.

The Pacific Flyway Tasting - $25/person + tax
Upon arrival, you are welcomed by one of our delightful and knowledgeable hosts and guided through a thoughtfully curated flight of Washington state wines. Enjoy the stunning architecture of our tasting room or savor the great outdoors for a tasting experience that is truly memorable.
To accompany your tasting, browse a selection of delectable cheese and charcuterie plates and small bites for purchase while booking your appointment.

Share and Pair Sunday - $40/person + tax
Join us for our spring Share & Pair Sunday experience, a celebration of the marriage of wine and food. Enjoy a tasting of four distinctive Syrahs, each expertly paired with a smoked meat bite from the Northwest to enhance the bold flavors and peppery notes of the wine. Vegetarian? Delight in locally made smoked mushroom jerky for a tasty alternative.

Wines by the Water - $50/person
Come and experience Wines by the Water. The serene backdrop of our tully-lined pond provides the perfect setting for a memorable day. Spend time with friends or family as you sip wine by the glass and indulge in a delicious charcuterie offering. Each guest will receive a take-home tumbler to remember the occasion. Reserve your spot now and let the fun begin!

Ciel du Cheval 50th Anniversary Tasting - $85/person + tax
Join us in celebrating 50 years of Ciel du Cheval Vineyard, one of the pioneering vineyards of the Red Mountain growing region in Washington State. Explore this magnificent vineyard by tasting six of our wines, including a four year vertical of our Ciel du Cheval Cabernet Sauvignon, paired with light bites.
